Are the VELUXE professionals qualified?

All VELUXE professionals are hand-picked by our staff after rigorous technical interviews. Our professionals must meet a high standard both in the service they provide and in the level of professionalism they exude. No matter the service, no matter the provider, you will be thrilled with your results and will want to book appointments again and again.

Can I re-book with the same VELUXE professional?

Yes. When booking an appointment, you have the option to choose either by time or by provider. Find your preferred provider’s name and select a time when he or she is available!

How do I book an appointment with a VELUXE certified professional?

Simply download the Veluxe app (available on iOS, coming soon to Android), select a service, enter your address and credit card information, pick a time, and confirm your appointment! A VELUXE certified professional will be at your door at the time you selected.

If you don’t have an iOS device, feel free to book an appointment through our website. Simply select one of our services on the “Services” page, enter your billing information and place your order!

How do I pay for my appointment?

Upon registering as a VELUXE customer, you will be prompted to enter payment information to link to your account. You have the ability to either input your Apple Pay account details or your credit card information into our secure billing platform. All future bookings will then be billed to your preferred form of payment. Gratuity and service tax will be included in your service price. However, if you want to reward great service with an additional gratuity amount, please feel free to do so by paying your service provider directly at the end of your appointment.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

We have compiled a list of VELUXE best practices for you to follow. Please review the below tips prior to your appointment to ensure that you have the best VELUXE experience possible.

  • Blow Dry Appointments – In preparation for your blow dry appointment, please be sure to wash your hair 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time. Also, make sure that you have a comfortable chair for you to sit in positioned near both an electrical outlet for your stylist to plug in his or her tools, and a clutter-free surface for your stylist to lay out their tools.
  • Updo Appointments – As opposed to blow dry appointments, there is no need for you to shampoo before your updo appointment! Dry hair is best, and to achieve the best results, our VELUXE stylists recommend that you wash your hair the day before your appointment.
  • Makeup – Clean and fresh is always best! Please have a makeup-free, cleansed and moisturized face prior to the arrival of your VELUXE makeup artist.
  • Yoga and Personal Training – Anytime that you book a personal training or yoga appointment, please provide your own mat and towel. Also, having an adequate space for your workout is key. Wear comfortable workout clothes and hydrate before and after each session.

All VELUXE Services – Our team of VELUXE specialists will always come prepared with the products, tools, or workout equipment they need to give you the ultimate experience. If you have any allergies or specific concerns or questions regarding the products they use, or you would like to use your own products or equipment during the appointment, please reach out to your specialist prior to the appointment to let them know.

Pet Safety – Our VELUXE family loves your pets, but for the safety of our service provider, we politely request that you crate your furry friends, or put them in a separate space in your home, prior to your specialist’s arrival.

How long should I expect my appointment to last?

Appointment length and cost vary based on the specific VELUXE service being requested. Please see the below pricing list to view the price point for each Veluxe service offered. Also, please also note that the estimated appointment lengths are just that, estimates, and that an appointment’s length may vary slightly depending on the specialist and/or the customer’s needs. For example, a blow dry appointment for someone with long, thick hair may take longer than a blow dry appointment for someone with short hair.

  • Makeup Price: Est. 30 minutes, not to exceed 45 minutes
  • Blow Dry Price: Est. 40 minutes, not to exceed 1 hour
  • Up Do Price: Appointment Time: Est. 90 minutes, not to exceed 2 hours
  • Yoga Price: Est. 50 minutes
  • Personal Training Price: 50 minutes
How much should I tip my VELUXE professional?

Our providers are compensated generously for each appointment, so a tip is not necessary. But feel free to tip as much as you’d like for excellent service!

I don’t have an iPhone. How can I book service through VELUXE?

Service can be requested by visiting our services page  and a member of our concierge team will reach out shortly.

I’m trying to redeem a code but am receiving an error. What should I do?

Is it possible to choose my professional?

The capability to select a specialist for repeat appointments is now available on the app. However, given that we are an on-demand service, we can not promise that a certain service provider will be available on the date and time of your appointment. We pride ourselves on our careful selection process to guarantee satisfaction and consistency with every member of our VELUXE team and we are confident you will love every member of our team of health, beauty, and fitness experts.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you have any changes in your schedule and need to cancel or change your appointment, please cancel your service through the VELUXE app. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund. No-show, or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours advance notice, will be charged the full list price for the service(s) requested. If you cancel within the 10-minute grace period after receiving your appointment confirmation, you will receive a full refund.

What services can I receive through VELUXE?

Depending on your location, we currently offer blowdrys, massages, manicures and pedicures, updos, yoga, personal training, gentlemen’s grooming and makeup. We also offer group fitness and makeup classes!
